Chef de Partie- 2 rosette Gastro & Hotel – £21-26,000 Total Package Live in- North Yorkshire village close to Thirsk & the A1 This well-known high-quality gastro operation with Hotel in North Yorkshire is looking to recruit a Chef de Partie to join this successful brigade of 15. This Chef de Partie position will suit an experienced Commis or Chef de partie who is passionate about food and shows some flair and imagination. This North Yorkshire gastro has an excellent reputation in the local area and beyond. They produce exciting menus depending on availability and seasonality.
