General Manager New Opening Woking Competitive salary plus an attractive bonus package, Live in option if needed General Manager looking for a great premium challenge I'm currently recruiting for a newly refurbished pub located in Woking which will have a simple but sophisticated food offering, a warm and relaxing setting 16 stunning rooms and a charm that will not be able to be replicated This is the second pub in my clients collection and is set to open May/June this year. If their first site is anything to go by it will be a huge success The décor will be of the highest standard and there will be slick operating systems through out As general manager you will have full autonomy of the business, from liaising with the chef to overseeing the full front of house operation. You will have a hands-on approach and be very front of house focused. you will have great leadership, training and motivational skills being a mentor to the rest of your team The general manager will be fully financially accountable for the site therefore strong financial acumen is a must. You will be a natural leader and motivator and have a natural passion and flair for the industry. Competitive salary offered.
