Night Pastry Chef De Partie/Baker - £30,000 to £35,000 - Prestigious Company - London This prestigious globally expanding company is seeking an ambitious Pastry Chef De Partie to join its central production unit based in London. Only the finest ingredients are used to produce fresh patisseries using modern techniques. As Pastry Chef De Partie, you will be involved in preparing a variety of baked & fried pastry items, and you must have experience with preparing fresh doughs and knowledge in proving/proofing doughs. You will be working closely with the Executive Pastry Chef who will oversee your development. You will be working 5 nights out of 7, and your standard working hours would be 10pm to 7am. An excellent salary of £30,000 to £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) is available for the right Pastry Chef De Partie/Baker. This is a very ambitious company with ongoing plans for expansion.
