Baker Immediate Start Required Yeast Bakery is a small, professional artisan bakery based in London Fields specialist in producing premium quality hand-made viennoiserie & bread. We supply to numerous boutique coffee shops, restaurants, hotels and fine food stores. We are now looking for a passionate and creative baker to help drive our viennoiserie & bread sections. You will be working in a wholesale artisan bakery, consistently producing high-volume premium hand-made products in a fast paced environment. We have recently expanded our product range to include sourdough bread and are beginning to produce a small range to sit alongside our high quality pastries. A minimum of 3 years experience in a bakery is required & the successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following skills: A genuine passion for viennoiserie & bread Attention to detail Works well under pressure and able to work to tight deadlines Maintains consistently high standards Self motivated and can work on own initiative as well as within a team Well organised with a calm approach and able to prioritise Friendly with good interpersonal skills Reliable & punctual Night shift and weekend work will be required.
