Pastry Chef De Partie We are currently looking to recruit a pastry chef de partie to join the hotels busy pastry team. As Pastry Chef De Partie you will create 5 star dishes for all the hotels restaurants outlets including a busy banqueting kitchen, 3 AA rosette restaurant and two other restaurant outlets. The Place A luxury 5 Red AA star hotel, spa and club set in stunning 14 acres of private gardens alongside a 27 hole championship golf club with 3 restaurant outlets, award winning spa and club. The Person The ideal Pastry Chef De Partie will have the following: Experience in a hotels, ideally in a similar position Pastry demi or chef de partie background 45 hours per week NVQ level 2 or 3 in patisserie Live in available ( shared accommodation) All candidates must be able to demonstrate that they hold a relevant and valid work permit or visa to live and work in the UK.
