Sous Chef - Dining Pub We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef for a recently renovated pub and restaurant in Chobham. Overseeing the daily running of the brigade ensuring food standards are consistently maintained for their busy lunch and dinner services. The Place A newley renovated dining pub in the heart of Chobham offering fresh, seasonal produce with all menu items made from scratch, headed up by a passionate chef proprietor. The pub offers a superb lunch and dinner menu with an extensive wine and cocktail list. The Perks As Sous Chef you can expect the following: A competitive package of up to £40,000 2.5 days off including Sunday evening The chance to work for a great Chef Proprietor Brand new kitchen with all the facilities needed freedom to assist with menus Short term live in for relocation only The Person The ideal Sous Chef will have the following Sous or Senior Sous chef experience A rosette or fine dining background The drive to lead a team to success Flexibility to work hours as required Have a positive attitude, be an excellent communicator with a keen eye for detail ideally live locally or have own transport All candidates must be able to demonstrate that they hold a relevant and valid work permit or visa to live and work in the UK.
