SOUS CHEF, GASTRO PUB, WOKING, up to £32,000 PLUS BONUS I am shortlisting the best local chefs for a gastro Pub in Woking, this gastro pub has recently been taken over by new owners and promises to bring the best of London’s style cooking to Woking. The Sous Chef I am looking for will be experienced at working in quality operations with a fresh food background working to a 1AA Rosette standard, cooking the best of British, fresh seasonal food – all made fresh from scratch. You should have an excellent knowledge of current food trends with experience in menu planning and food costing. This is a hands on role, you would be expected to work a section or control the pass each shift, you will be a strong and competent chef, be willing to work closely with the senior team to recruit and guarantee this opening goes as smooth as possible.
