As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for: Assisting in managing of purchasing levels and stock controls, delivery and due diligence. Assisting with the training of the Kitchen team. Assisting in all aspects of Hygiene and Health and Safety, working with company Food Safety guidelines. Ensure COSHH and HACCAP guidelines are achieved and maintained throughout. Ensure you are competent in all food sections of a kitchen you will be able to deliver the food production standards required to meet hotel. Assisting supervise and develop the Commis Chef's, you will be able to use your full range of food production skills to help create something special. The Skills and Experience you need to thrive in this role You will need at least 1/2 year's proven experience working in a high-quality Hotel or Restaurant. We are looking for someone with excellent skills to ensure you deliver the responsibilities required to do your role, you must be able to work as part of a team and rise to the many challenges a successful business brings.
