Prospectus is delighted to be partnering with the Royal Academy of Dance to lead the search for their new Senior Philanthropy Manager - Trusts and Foundations. The Royal Academy of Dance is a world leader in dance teaching, has offices in 36 countries and is one of the most influential dance education organisations. Joining at an exciting time ahead of the centenary next year and a brand new headquarters opening in 2021, the Senior Philanthropy Manager - Trusts and Foundations will lead the development and stewardship of all relationships with trusts and foundations. You will play a pivotal role in the research, identification and solicitation of major philanthropic partnerships at the five and six figure level, managing the pipeline throughout the year and planning accordingly. Working with the Director of Development and Fundraising, you will take a relationship-based approach to trusts and foundations fundraising and will understand the entire funding landscape in the arts and culture sector. The selected candidate will have a proven track record of securing trusts and foundations income with strong experience in delivering compelling pitches and proposals. You will also have strong account management experience and will understand how to develop complex, multi-year bids. Ideally, you will have an interest in dance and the teaching of dance and will have experience of working in an arts environment.
