Overview
Your new company We are exclusively working with a growing service delivery business on the outskirts of Leeds, who urgently require a HR Advisor on a temp to permanent basis. Your new role Having been through a period of growth and acquisition, their HR team is incredibly busy and needs some additional resource, supporting their growing number of employees, currently at approx 8000. You will be involved in generalist HR Advisor work, handling employee relations ER case work. You will be providing advice and guidance to Managers across the business on all aspects of policy and procedure, at all levels, as well as working on various HR projects. This will include working on a new HR system implementation project, updating policy and procedures, and all aspects of the employee lifecycle. What you'll need to succeed This is a busy department, with a high volume of work, and so requires someone who has recent and relevant HR advisory experience from working in a human resources department at HR Advisor, HR Officer or HR Consultant level. Up to date employment law knowledge and experience of ER casework are essential.
