Overview
This recruiter will be part of a small and close-knit team global team and be responsible for the end-to-end talent attraction and recruitment process for a number of different business units. The recruiter will also contribute to the planning and delivery of events and the summer internship programme. Specific responsibilities will include: Driving the end-to-end recruiting process for multiple business areas. Understand the needs of the business to design and execute a recruiting process to attract and assess a strong pipeline of diverse candidates Developing strong relationships with key business stakeholders, the global campus team and other HR colleagues Design and execution of in-house events and programs Ownership of data management and reporting for relevant business areas The successful candidate will be creative, flexible, solutions oriented, a great team-player with the ability to drive projects to completion and build relationships with multiple stakeholders. Experience managing minimum 2 - 3 graduate cycles (circa 3 years experience) Experience managing the end to end recruitment cycling, from sourcing and CV screening, to on boarding Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly Demonstrated problem solver with strong attention to detail Experience in client-facing role and demonstrated ability to build relationships both internally and externally Ability to learn quickly, demonstrate appropriate decision making in role and leverage feedback What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
