Learning & Development Business Partner - £36,000 - 9 Month FTC Your new company An exciting opportunity has arisen working within a Facilities Management Business, renowned for working in a variety of sectors. They have a strong reputation with well established relationships. They are now seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner to join their team for a 9 month contract. Your new role You will report into the L&D Manager and provide support to the L&D function. You will identify needs, develop and manage development programmes, including the apprenticeship levy programmes. You will be supporting apprentices and graduates, which will include regular reviews with line managers and mentors. Your role will involve delivering face to face web-based sessions and workshops, advising line managers and staff on the suitability of programmes. You will be responsible for monitoring, analysing and reporting on course evaluations and feedback, conducting learning needs analysis, working to L&D strategy to ensure department output is aligned to HR and business strategy. You will be involved and contribute to the development of training materials, utilise online learning platforms in all aspects. You will partake in conducting learning needs analysis, working to an L&D Strategy to ensure department output is aligned to HR and business strategy What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will be L&D practitioner with experience in design and delivery of face to face and web-based training programmes. You will be confident in delivering sessions and workshops. You will be proficient in MS packages and posses excellent communication skills with the ability to establish effective relationships and communicate at all levels. You will also be Level 5 CIPD qualified. What you'll get in return In return, you'll receive a salary of up to £36,000 (depending on experience) and a competitive benefits package.
