Talent Acquisition Specialist London, permanent Languages preferred £35,000-40,000 Your new company Based in the heart of the City of London, this international foreign exchange specialist is seeking a Talent Acquisition officer to support the recruitment function. Due to strong growth plans coming into 2020, the business requires an internal talent specialist to centralise recruitment activities. You will be responsible for reviewing contracts across UK and Europe, liaising with agencies on terms and agreements. Your new role Own recruiting for the London office, including working with hiring managers, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews and extending offers, all whilst providing a positive candidate experience. Review agency terms and conditions across EMEA Act as point of contact for all recruitment initiatives. Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested. Build strong relationships with external and internal providers. Manage external agencies effectively What you'll need to succeed Background in legal or compliance is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to build relationships effectively.
