Overview
Training Advisor role for a Social Care organisation in London. £38,000 per annum, plus £4,000 car allowance. Your new company You will be working for a Charitable Care Home organisation, with 1,200 staff across the UK. This is a full time, permanent role, with travel required. The £42,000 per annum salary, includes a £4,000 car allowance, and the successful candidate must have a car/driving licence due to the travel required in this role. Mileage will be expensed. Your new role You will be delivering pre written, mandatory training to Care Assistants across 9 Care Homes, such as Health and Safety, First Aid etc. This training will be classroom based, with some being undertaken via e-Learning. You will be expected to track and monitor the completion of e-Learning and also work with the Senior Training Officer to develop and update existing training, and attend training events and seminars. What you'll need to succeed You will ideally be experience in delivering training within a Health and Social Care setting, and ideally be Level 3/NVQ qualified in Health and Social Care.
