HR Manager

HR Manager role based in Gloucestershire - Experience with systems and change management. Your new company You will be working for a leading national business in its field based in Cheltenham. Your new role Reporting in to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for the Project and Reporting Hub and will be responsible for line management of the Project Specialist. The role will also require working closely with the other HR Leaders & team and the role will blend both knowledge of HR process and best practice with a clear understanding of project management. This role will be critical in ensuring tracking of project milestones and communicating with relevant stakeholders whilst adhering the HR best practice. You will be working closely with the business and project team and stakeholders to move forward project deliverables. As the HR Project Manager, you will play a large part in the People Strategy and IT Systems Projects. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills and be able to demonstrate how you can continuously deliver results. You will be expected to work with internal and external clients and deliver excellent client service. You will be a natural leader and can guide and support colleagues to gain successful outcomes. A relevant degree would be advantageous or ideally you will be CIPD qualified. A strong understanding of key HR processes and practices is essential and ideally you will have strong project management understanding. You will have experience of major change programmes in large organisations and ideally unionised organisations.
