HR Director

HR Director role based in Worcestershire Your new company You will be working for a leading company based in Worcestershire. Your new role You will be working as a HR Director for a leading company based in Worcestershire with a small team of reports. Reporting in to the Group HR Director you will be responsible for managing the HR function and support functions. You will be the person driving change within the business and leading HR activities across the site. The expectation will be that you are managing and developing employee relations on site and driving succession planning and key talent development. As an experienced HR professional, you will be ensuring that compliance investigate complaints and manage any performance management activities. Working closely with the compensation team you will be ensuring there is a competitive salary and benefits package in place. A big part of your role will be to develop and drive employee engagement and to contribute to and implement HR strategy. What you'll need to succeed As a commercial, hands on but strategic HR Director you will be able tenacious and you will have experience of driving change. You will have thorough experience with employment law and best practice for policies and procedures. You will be degree educated and have a pro-active approach, excellent planning skills and strong project management experience. You must have dealt with unions in your previous roles and have experience with change management. Working in a manufacturing environment is essential.
