An exciting job opportunity for a Recruiter based in Bracknell Your new company The Recruiter will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process for a Global business within the market of Data & Insights. Your new role Maintaining accurate trackers of all recruitment activity Creation and posting of both internal and external job adverts Ensuring candidates supplied through all channels are eligible to work in the UK Support HRBP's with submission of roles Establish and enhance positive relationships with internal managers/stakeholders and external suppliers Managing recruitment inbox's and job adverts, ensuring timely review of applications and screening against current vacancies Manage internal applicant tracking system In conjunction with HR Manager, produce monthly recruitment metrics as agreed by HRBP's Provide critical business information upon request in a timely manner Undertake recruitment related project work as directed by the wider HR team Source and work with agencies for all live vacancies Work closely with the line managers within the business to help find and engage with suitable candidates What you'll need to succeed Experience in managing high volumes of recruitment activity, simultaneously supporting differentiating roles across multiple departments Strong team player fostering strong working relationships across teams and departments Highly self-motivated, accountable and committed, with well-developed decision-making skills Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage complex and conflicting requirements alongside multiple tasks and projects Flawless communication and interpersonal skills; a high standard of both written and spoken English Excellent IT Skills, particularly Excel Resilient and adaptable to business changes What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
