JOB TITLE: Internal Recruiter - Temporary SALARY: £14 - 18ph LOCATION: Bracknell INDUSTRY: Construction HOURS: Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm (earlier finish on a Friday) CULTURE: A friendly, sociable and well-established team. What will you be doing day to day in your new role? Manage the full recruitment life cycle from writing adverts to on-boarding Working closely with hiring managers, taking briefs and managing expectations Sourcing and short listing candidates Attending and conducting interviews with hiring managers Responsible for all the Administration for new starters We'd love to speak to candidates who have: Previous experience of in - house recruiting from workforce planning through to attraction, selection and on-boarding Good time management skills and able to prioritise workload Strong written and verbal communication, confident communicator at all levels Strong IT skills in a variety of Microsoft packages and HR/Recruitment systems Strong administrative and organisational skills Generalist HR experience and relevant HR qualification desirable Next Steps… Click "apply" today with your CV and cover letter.
