OD Consultant Job number: HC03005 Service: HR, OD & Electoral Services Agreement Type: Permanent Work Hours: 36 Hours per Week SCP Range: £39,543 - £41,466 Work Pattern: Full Time Hackney Council is looking for someone with a passion for learning and development to join our Human Resources team. As an Organisational Development Consultant you will create tailor made learning solutions which are cost effective and have a lasting impact. But of course, none of this is possible without great people. This role will play a significant part in the development of our organisation and the future of our borough. Day to day you will deliver workshops, facilitate team events, create online learning programmes, lead on projects and consult with our managers. You will make sure our workforce has development opportunities to support continual improvements for the people who rely on our services. You should have experience designing, delivering and evaluating a range of learning interventions. We are specifically looking for someone who can grow our Learning Management System, is able to design online learning modules, webinars and generally lead on our online engagement. To thrive in this role, you will need to be able to prioritise your own workload, be able to build rapport with others easily and work as a team. Ideally you will have a relevant qualification in Training, Coaching or similar. We welcome experience using personality profiling tools and other relevant qualifications that demonstrate a focus on personal and professional development.
