Overview
Your new company A global company with sites based around Yorkshire is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to undertake a temporary Regional HR Advisor job for a minimum of 3 months. Your new role You will be working across a number of sites, providing guidance and advice to the Site Managers on all aspects of employee relations and recruitment. You will be attending a variety of disciplinary and grievance type meetings, taking notes and providing support where needed. You will attend the monthly management meetings as the HR presence and provide feedback to the senior HR leadership teams, sharing updates and rolling out new initiatives as required. What you'll need to succeed This is a busy and fast paced ER Advisor job role, with lots of travel and a great opportunity to get close to the business in delivering HR advice. You need strong employment law and recruitment legislation knowledge and the ability to work on a regional role, often travelling between sites and working from the office or home. Ideally you will be qualified to CIPD level 5 or above and have demonstrable experience working with ER cases in an HR Advisor capacity.
