Motor Claims Handler (Legal) - Temp to Perm - £8.46 per hour Our client is an innovative accident management firm based in Stockport. They are seeking someone to join their exciting legal team as a motor claims handler. This role offers someone with limited experience e a chance to build their career within the legal industry. Working hours will be based across a Monday - Sunday contract, 7.5-hour shifts between the hours of 8am - 7.30pm. (i.e. - 8am - 3.30pm/12pm - 7.30pm, etc.) Key Accountabilities: To deal with all legal, credit hire and insurer FNOL enquires received by the business. Establish each individual client needs and assist those clients accordingly, as a Stage 1 handler you will need to identify if the client requires assistance with a legal enquiry, credit hire FNOL, ULR FNOL or assistance from their own insurers and transfer them appropriately. To deal with queries through in-house providers which are received by zero data transfer and to ensure that these matters are dealt with in a complaint manner. Carry out all initial work relating to new and potential new claims. Take initial instructions (whether by telephone or otherwise) from potential clients and obtaining all information that may be required. Complete FNOL calls for all insurer client, identifying the client’s needs and providing the correct advice.
