Overview
Key Account Manager required by our client a dynamic and innovative organization providing FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 customers with innovative solutions that are simple to use and elegantly designed. They are growing rapidly and looking for an exceptional key account manager to service the rapidly growing customer base and join a team of key account managers providing them with exceptional service. Key Account Manager Essential Requirements: • Working across, leading and overseeing client partnerships to develop, grow and retain client relationships and business through best-in-class client services delivery • Build and maintain superior client relationships including the development of account plans and a contact management strategy for key clients with full accountability for its delivery • Identifying and delivering incremental revenue opportunities from current clients through identifying and pursuing new projects/initiatives as well as cross selling existing products • Must have passion to deliver first class customer service and key account management as well as professional phone manner Key Account Manager Desirable Requirements: • Relevant experience working in an account management role desirable, but not required • Appetite to learn new technologies e.g. web, mobile ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE FREE TO WORK IN THE UK FREE FROM THE RESTRICTIONS OF VISA`S AND WORK PERMITS.
