They’re looking for an enthusiastic WordPress Designer, to work in their fast-paced growing company, that has a creative mind and is proactive in developing UX/UI websites using new developments in code and design. Job Requirements: Able to create responsive designs, websites and web applications, specifically WordPress. Ability to develop wire-frames / PSD designs and create a complete working website Create mock-ups for proposed project pages and update them as needed. Implement and maintain high-quality SEO policies and incorporate them within builds and frameworks and content produced for the websites. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering Provide ongoing account, business or production management support as needed. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards. Creative mindset and good eye for modern visual design style Have a great understanding of UX centric design and best practice conversion rate optimisation Gathering user requirements in a team context Developing and releasing according to Agile principles Collaborating on UAT (testing) documentation and collecting user feedback Undertaking website updates as controlled releases with associated internal communications Maintain plugins and website version control Required Skills: WordPress (including custom theme development) HTML5 CSS3 JQuery / JS Adobe CS SEO best practice coding Beneficial/nice-to-have: PHP Bootstrap Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Other Stuff; £’s; fully negotiable, best guestimation: to approx. £50k benefits, Location; based from your own home/remotely, Interested?
