Operations and Order processing Manager £25,000 - £30,000 Andover, Hampshire Permanent Do you want to work with a rapidly growing company who are really going places? Only a few years since start up, they are quickly becoming the number one in their field. This is an exciting time to join the team The role involves speaking to customers and suppliers to ensure both are up to date with progress of orders and delivery dates. Resolving customer issues and queries will also be part of the role as well as first class after sales service. - Liaise with clients to understand the construction timeline and when the product is required - Manage client expectations - Negotiate better pricing with suppliers - Ensure product is in stock in time to be delivered to site - Reviewing purchase orders Essentials: - You will need to have confident IT skills to be successful in this role - Great communication skills - Customer focused - Target driven Desirable: - Experience within a trade or engineering background The successful candidate will have access to: - Free parking - 28 days holiday - Sociable hours - Monday - Friday - Bonus scheme (to be discussed on application) - Potential for progression Gi Group are committed to protecting the privacy of all of our candidates and clients.
