Order Processing & Operations Manager £22-27k Holiday pension Bonus (OTE £30k) Andover Immediate start Are you a successful Operations Manager or an experienced Order Processor /Account Manager/ Customer Service Advisor from a trade or Engineering background looking for an exciting new challenge? Do you want to work with a rapidly growing company who are fast becoming the number one in their industry? On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join a company who, due to both an exceptional product list and unprecedented levels of customer service has grown 100% per month since its start up a few years ago making this an exciting time to join the team. The role includes the processing of sales orders and purchase orders to fulfil customer requirements and stock levels. It involves speaking to customers and suppliers to ensure both are up to date with progress of orders and delivery dates. Resolving customer issues and queries will also be part of the role as well as first class after sales service. Achieving 100% customer satisfaction is the principal purpose of this role. The role: To be the principal communicator between the business and customer once an order has been placed Arranging collections & deliveries, Notifying customers of delays in deliveries resolving queries & arranging replacement products Offering alternative products where there are stock shortages Checking orders with customers where product dimensions or specifications aren't compatible Taking payments The person: To be an excellent communicator To be 100% customer focused Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities Ability to speak to both customers and suppliers Ability to work well in a fast paced environment These roles are for an immediate start so please send an up-to-date CV ASAP to Sarah Hibberd or call and ask for Sarah for more information.
