Role This is a key role for the business as they seek an Account Manager who will assist in the growth and development of this pioneering business. Your duties will include: -Provide innovative Freight/Transport technology into the Enterprise/Corporate Sectors . You will be Account Managing their top 100 accounts. Daily cross selling, growing and nurturing. - Work closely with the new business development team to ensure all communication and proposals are correct and fall in line with the customer’s request - Implement effective customer service techniques, styles and procedures for maximum satisfaction - Focus on daily/Monthly KPI’s and ensure that you are hitting your sales target each month Candidate The successful Account Manager will: - Have come from a background in Account Management and nurturing accounts. Cross selling and client growth will come naturally to you - Be extremely motivated and enthusiastic which will resonate throughout your team daily - Experience in selling to SME or Corporates is essential - Be very organised, goal/process driven and articulate - Passionate about growing within a striving business The Package Basic Salary for the successful Account Manager is circa £30,000-£35,000 with an uncapped commission structure (£55,000 in year 1).
