Overview

Maintenance Supervisor - Leading M&E Service Provider - Norwich - 38K One of the leading maintenance contractors are currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor to work at a high profile office building based in Norwich. They cover all base build and tenant on the contract and the client expects a very high level of service delivery. The role will be looking after a team of two engineers and will be responsible for all day to day maintenance activities on site. This will include, but is not limited to managing the planned and reactive maintenance schedules, attending client meetings, compiling reports, supervision of staff and managing sub-contractors. The role will be working Monday to Friday, day shift and the hours are 8-5 and there will also be overtime and weekend work available as and when required. There is also a call out of 1 week in 2. The site is a busy site that requires an experience supervisor who in emergencies is happy on the tools or dealing with paperwork. The package is: Salary up to 38k based on experience 25 days holiday Pension Healthcare Applicants for the role must be able to meet the following criteria: Fully electrically or mechanically qualified to C&G Level Experience of working around critical systems and plant Experience of managing staff Excellent communication skills Strong compliance and health and safety understanding Experience or working in a high rise blue chip commercial office environment If you feel that your experience matches the above description please feel free to send your cv.
