Overview

Complaints Officer London The Complaints Officer is a vital role within the organisation. You will work within a small team that is focused and responsible for delivering sustainable complaints/compliance service. You will report to the Head of Compliance and will work closely with them to deliver various projects. You will assist in various duties alongside your colleagues in the compliance team, those relating to complaints, FCA reporting, oversight & governance, onboarding etc. Your experience 1 year working in a financial services/motor finance organisation, or working in a complaints/compliance role in a similar industry. (Preferable) Your Skills & Knowledge . Dealing with complaints Understanding of the Financial Conduct Authority. Be confident in delivering ideas and suggestions in both formal and informal settings Excellent communication skills Understanding of consumer credit/motor finance organisations (preferable) Ability to work under pressure and be able to prioritise Ability to take ownership of projects and deliver upon deadlines Passion to be successful, learn and develop Your Role To control & manage the Introducers & Dealers administrative requirements, with both internal and external stakeholders To liaise with, where required, the Financial Ombudsman Service and be able to balance multiple cases whilst remaining objective, and time-bound To be able to work with various departments, planning and aiding the delivery of multiple projects To provide support in the design and delivery of various training/coaching programmes, both alone and with a colleague/external support To keep up to date with regulatory changes If interested in this role, please contact Vicky.
