IT Delivery Recruiter Basic up to 28k OTE £35k A globally successful IT/Technology consultancy has an immediate need for an additional consultant to join its growing team. A recognised leader in IT recruitment solutions across both the public and private sector. IT Delivery Recruiter - What’s It All About? Working with some of the leading names within IT and Technology, the positions are almost exclusively permanent positions, and typically from £40k-120k salaries. This role is to source a regular stream of passive and active candidates for the ongoing assignments that the company picks up. You will be tasked with creating online communities across social media, using job boards for advertising and candidate searching, you will be expected to mine the company database and pick up leads and referrals as well as building a good rapport with those known to the business already. You will also target candidates via headhunting and make specific approaches to pitch key opportunities. The position whilst not a cold calling, business generating role does require a positive attitude to generating the right levels of activity. IT Delivery Recruiter - Who You Are All recruitment sector backgrounds will be considered, with white collar professional markets being of most interest. This role would typically suit someone in their first recruitment role who enjoys the environment and job but maybe would prefer a move away from the business development. Alternatively, you may be in a research / resourcing role already but have a desire to challenge yourself in a new market. You will be communicating daily with mid to senior level professionals within the built environment so should be confident and articulate on the telephone. You should be comfortable working on numerous assignments at any given time and be able to prioritise your workload accordingly. It is a great option for someone looking to work in a growing firm with a relaxed environment and good earning potential, versus a kpi / number crunching job.
