Private Family/Matrimonial Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (Privately Funded Caseload) Coventry Salary up to £40k dependent on experience This Private Family/Matrimonial Solicitor/Legal Executive role is working for a top Warwickshire law firm, listed in the Legal 500. This is a newly created role which has come about due to business growth and is based at their well-established office in Coventry. The role will involve handling your own caseload of privately funded work including divorce, financial settlements, private children applications, cohabitee disputes, advocacy work, time-recording and billing, dealing with clients by telephone, email and face to face, Suitable candidates will have at least two years' PQE and will have significant experience in dealing with divorce, matrimonial finances and children work You will also need to have experience of using case management systems and undertaking your own advocacy work.
