Expanding practice in the West Midlands seeks Private Family Lawyer on a permanent basis. Reporting to the head of department located in the firms Coventry office, the successful lawyer will utilise their skills and expertise in private family to manage a varied caseload from instruction to conclusion. Additionally, the successful lawyer will play a key role in the continued development of the team and practice as a whole. Responsibilities • Divorce • Cohabitation disputes • Private children applications • Financial settlements • Preparing bills • Conducting advocacy as required • Supervising junior staff members • Participating in networking and business development initiatives The Candidate • A solicitor or chartered legal executive from NQ-2 years’ PQE • Technically proficient in all aspects of privately funded family matters • Possesses outstanding communication skills • A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential • IT Literate with particular expertise using Microsoft Office applications • Demonstrates an aptitude for networking and business development The Firm Our client is a highly-regarded practice who provide a comprehensive range of legal services to businesses and individuals both nationally and internationally.
