Overview

Company: Our client is an established international business and are looking to add a Junior French Logistics Administrator to their team. The successful candidate will be working within a multicultural environment using both your English and French language skills The position requires the successful candidate to be extremely well organised, possess problem solving skills and be able identify when matters should be escalated. Duties and Responsibilities: Processing orders from the sales team Shipping orders Process relevant documentation to the relevant standard Ensure the correct procedure for control documents if followed Creating prospect sales database from scratch - from research Sending weekly reports to key clients Required skills and personal attributes Excellent use of all Microsoft Office applications with a focus on excel Excellent written and spoken French & English Flexible and can work to a fast-paced environment Must be extremely well organised The ability to manage own workload, prioritise and work/keep to deadlines Must have a good eye for detail Knowledge of supply chain logistics would be beneficial but not essential Must be accurate and diligent Must be a quick learner Gain: Successful candidates will be paid an attractive salary between £18,000 to £20,000 Basic, This is an opportunity to work within a dynamic work environment that supports development and personal growth.
