Overview
Job Title: Employment Screening Researcher - French Speaking Salary : £18,135k per annum Location: Brighton Our client based in central Brighton is looking to recruit a French Speaking Researcher. This is a fundamental role to the business, as a Researcher you will lay the groundwork to everything we do. Working primarily on the phone, you will reach out to third parties from across the world to initiate the referencing process and gather information about those that we are screening. On a day to day basis, you will: Establish contact with employers and institutions through research of the data provided by the Candidate. Request educational, professional and employment verifications from HR departments and student records teams, over the phone and by email. Initiate checks that include ID verification, directorship and financial searches. Ensure all information gathered is uploaded to our system ready for the Screening Coordinators to analyse and report back to clients. Requirements French speaking language It's important to know that although prior experience of employment screening is beneficial it is not required as full and comprehensive training is provided. Fluency in other languages is also advantageous due to the international nature of the work but not essential. Professional telephone manner and excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal). A superb eye for detail and a rigorous approach to accuracy and data protection. Resilience with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and targets. A good standard of keyboard and computer skills with an aptitude to pick up new systems. Show drive, passion and enthusiasm to deliver excellent service to a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally Computer skills (working knowledge of MS Office) Should be able to work under time pressure and cope with high workloads Benefits Healthcare, pension, local discounts and cycle to work.
