Overview
Top Class Senior Property Manager Needed £45,000-£48,000 Due to an internal promotion I have been instructed to find a Senior Property Manager to join a bespoke Managing agent in Central London. My client manages a multi-million portfolio consisting of London's most iconic buildings. You will be joining a very experienced Property Management Team. Your main responsibility will be the management of 500 units including a super prime residential development. We are seeking a committed and professional Senior Property Manager who will need to have experience of the following: - Ensuring all work is undertaken in accordance with RICS, ARMA, IRPM codes of conduct and keep abreast of legislative changes - Producing Service Charge budgets and Year end Accounts for client approval - Attending and Chairing meetings such AGMs and client board meetings - Producing and issuing Section 20 notices - Excellent organisational skills - A strong communicator with ability to build and maintain Client relationships - Conducting Lease extensions and License to Alter - Undertaking regular site visits - Management of any client staff members - Working with third party individuals including Solicitors and insurance companies To apply send your CV to Want to more information?
