Customer Service Administrator Based near to Knaresborough, easy to get to from Harrogate, free parking £20,000 pro rata 20 hours per week, can be flexible To start ASAP We are recruiting for a Customer Services Executive to join our client near Knaresborough. This is a 20 hour part time position, hours can be negotiable. Key skills we are looking for are - customer service, organised, can work under pressure, methodical, good interaction skills at all levels. This is a busy hands-on position where you will be dealing with clients on the telephone and email arranging for our client’s fitters/joiners to go to site and carry out work. You will need to be organised as you will be managing diaries and appointments and arranging these with clients. You will be responsible for the resourcing and scheduling of installations, dealing with customers and internal staff. Responding to incoming customer enquiries, both on the telephone and via email, delivering advice on products, processing orders and liaising with customers, manufacturing and carriers. The Role Scheduling of survey and installation appointments Ensuring that all quotes are chased to increase conversion rate of quote to sales. Liaising with sales, manufacturing, and customers to ensure agreed SLA’s are adhered to. Ensure the efficient processing of customer quotes and orders, ensuring adherence to SLA’s Provide accurate/timely communications to customers regarding their orders, enquiries and installations. Effectively handle customer complaints and ensure timely responses to such complaints Accountabilities Ensuring that scheduling of surveys and installations are arranged in a timely and efficient manner to ensure that SLA’s are adhered to. Ensuring customer issues are dealt with in timely manner Offering outstanding customer service always Speaking to customers on the telephone Understanding the product range and delivering product advice, guiding selection and usage Attendance at training courses Becoming a contact for specialist technical queries To ensure that orders are processed efficiently and effectively Responsible for checking orders are inputted accurately on the system What are we looking for?
