Overview

Principal Purpose of Position: Assisting the HR Administrator with the recruitment process, including interaction with the global Talent Acquisition team, managing the flow of applications through the HR system and liaising with external recruitment agencies and recruiting managers Assisting with the preparation of offer letters and contracts of employment Responding to general HR queries regarding policies and Terms and Conditions of Employment Supporting the HR Administrator with new starter inductions and onboarding schedules Managing HR files and personnel records to ensure full compliance with the GDPR; including maintaining and updating our global HR system (Workday), reviewing personnel files and shredding / archiving where appropriate Assisting with the timely preparation and collation of monthly payroll information Assisting with administration around company benefits and employee wellbeing programmes Responding to requests for training material and liaison with existing training providers General administrative duties to include scanning, filing, booking meeting rooms, raising Purchase Orders Ad hoc administrative tasks, as required by the business Education and/or Training: A good general level of education to a minimum A level standard, or equivalent CIPD Level 3 would be an advantage, although not essential Proficient in the Microsoft suite of packages: Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint Relevant Work Experience: Experience of working within a demanding role with excellent administrative and communication skills Used to working as part of a team and sharing knowledge Planning/Organizing/Managerial Knowledge: Ability to prioritise own workload and multi task with consistency and accuracy A proactive attitude to problem solving Communicating & Influencing Skills: Approachable and engaging with the ability to build & maintain rapport with employees & external contacts at all levels A positive approach to dealing with customers with the ability to adapt your style to suit the audience and situation, whilst remaining calm
