Overview
Spring Technology are currently working on a fantastic opportunity for an SCCM engineer to join a large organisation to lead in the design, implementation and maintenance of SCCM across the organisation Responsibilities: -Multi-skilled - SOE Build\Packaging\Deployment Engineer -Cross-capability skilled in SOE and packaging. Highly experienced subject matter expert who can lead on complex projects -Build for Operations: implement/administer systems and hardware that are consistently stable, reliable and to requirements. Resolving defects before handing over to Operations. -Essential Technology & Skills - SCCM (up to 1710) AD/Group Policy/Wintel/App-V/MSI Packaging, VB Scripting, Powershell -Knowledge of different packaging tools/installer engines working to deadlines & budgets -Agile/DevOps/Scrum project delivery: working closely with Project Management & Technical Capability & Technical Architects Requirements: -Expert level SCCM experience -Deployment and patching of applications for desktops, laptops, virtual devices and servers -Windows operating system experience (Windows server and desktop). This experience must include knowledge of the file system and registry. SCCM Administration - Software distribution and OS deployment, Silent installation techniques, and troubleshooting. -Good programming skills for database management and general software -Experience working with computer hardware and software installation/upgrading procedures -Experience of Powershell Spring Technology acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
