Overview
Quality Personnel are recruiting a Sales Administrator for their niche client based in Milton Keynes. A very varied role you'll be given product training however to be successful in the role you will need to do some self-study in order to become familiar with materials and services. To be considered you'll need to have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role and be computer literate with excellent communication and customer service skills. Ideally you'll be familiar using a CRM system for tracking projects/customer activity. This role will include: - - dealing with enquiries and speaking with suppliers and customers - producing quotations and sample requests - reading 2D drawings - experience of using SAGE Line 50 (or equivalent) - liaising with production department - advising customers of their deliveries Working Monday to Friday 8.30 am until 5 pm with 1 hour for lunch.
