Overview

My client who is a very prestigious wealth manager based in Kent is currently looking fro an experienced IFA Administrator/Team Leader to join the business. Purpose of the Job To manage and direct the administration team in all aspects of: Support for sales and giving of advice to private clients, all system-based administration and client liaison work in connection with any private client product sales. Managing workloads, delegating work on a daily basis and monitoring KPIs and training. Provide analysis, monitoring and reporting, as required, in respect of investment valuation reports, including SIPPdrawdown analysis, existing policy analysis and portfolios, diary and MI. Provide and be responsible for administering clients’ needs, including communicating, with clients, providers where necessary, product research, diary, etc in line with Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) (in conjunction with the Director). Contribute to the success of the company overall and to adhere to all internal compliance standards, administration procedures, TCF and time-recording, where necessary . Principal Accountabilities To provide support services for all client sales made by the Directors, to ensure 100% compliance with the FCA regulations on the conduct of business and 100% compliance with the company's internal administrative requirements. This will include 100% compliance with the company's system recording requirements, using Intelligent Office database system. Experience with Intelliflo is therefore essential to the role. To support the Directors in their advisory work with clients, including the collation of information, the obtaining of illustrations, the production of standard letters to clients and providers. NB You will not be required to give advice in your job role but will be required to ensure that all customer needs are satisfied to the best of your ability. Education, Knowledge, Skills and Experience Should be FPC, or equivalent, qualified. Word, Excel and Intelliflo and excellent inter personal and communication skills. Ideally, should be working toward diploma level. Have managed a team in previous roles as primarily this role will require management of a team of up to 4 people. Must have worked in the financial services industry for 5 years.
