Credit Bureau Data Analytics Manager - £Competitive Salary - London and/or Kent - J11083 This Financial House has a very loyal customer base right across Europe, are again recruiting to maintain their market strength and their commitment to customers. They are looking for a team player with Bureau Data experience to support them in developing a more powerful understanding of their customers using raw/granular bureau data which is new to the business. Role & Responsibilities ·Undertake hands on variable creation, transformation and maintenance ·Led material projects in extracting value from raw credit bureau data. ·Responsible for customer classification development and maintenance ·Create and maintain a suite of credit bureau variables and products. ·Deliver to multiple teams in the UK business. ·Be the credit bureau data analysis and transformation expert ·Undertake analytical projects related to operational optimisation and improve the customer experience. ·Undertake analytical projects and advisory for the Group Europe businesses, as required. Experience & Skills Required ·Have raw credit bureau data expertise. ·Hands on experience in customer affordability calculations ·Possess a good understanding of regulations around the use of data. ·Be able to demonstrate a good understanding of alternative credit and customer data in the UK market would be an advantage. ·Be conversant with one or more of SAS, Python or SQL. ·Experience in a financial services credit provider or a Credit Reference Agency background essential. ·A great communicator across all sectors a must.
