Overview

We have a superb, brand new hybrid opportunity with our leading services client for an experienced Devops Engineer with Release Management experience to join a thriving Client Services Implementation team in this newly created role, offering £100k package. The Devops Engineer (Release Manager) will contribute to the work of established customer-facing agile development teams. The role will be involved in all aspects of deploying state of the art software solutions for customers and managing the release process. Role split: 85% DevOps / 15% Release Management. As Devops Engineer (Release Manager), you will work as part of one or more client solution delivery teams including Business Analysts, Configuration Resources, Testers and Project Managers. You should be comfortable leading the release management process, working independently and engaging with clients and third parties as required. Strong hands on technical skills on Linux OS and Configuration management are essential. Location: We would expect the role to spend time in the London offices with 2/3 days a week from home, and visits to client sites.
