Overview
Our client, a large and well respected social housing company are looking for an experienced Repairs Planner to join a dedicated and professional team in providing exceptional customer service while being able to schedule the engineer’s daily planners. Duties: · Taking a high level of calls from local residents · Having a detailed conversation with the tenant to find the most appropriate course of action to get the issue fixed. · Liaising with engineers to visit the properties and carry out repairs · Using an in-house system Requirements: · Experienced in taking a high volume of calls · Social housing background preferable · Quick learner · Call centre background preferable This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89916911
