The role of a recruitment consultant involves: Winning and managing new clients Sourcing the best candidates and building rapport Negotiating terms and developing business What the job offers you Starting salary of £22,000-£25,000K, uncapped commission One-to-one training with the directors who boast 30 years’ experience Working in new build offices in Surbiton Casual dress down office - no need to swelter in a stuffy suit and tie Amazingly collaborative environment Holiday Incentive - Ibiza, Marbella, LA The Company Leading specialist firm in the entirety of the UK in Cloud & IT Infrastructure looking to double in size by the end of 2020. The two directors are primarily responsible for winning clients and then pass these roles on to consultants be filled. There are three paths to progression within the business - you can stay as a delivery consultant OR become a 360 consultant OR an account manager.
