As a result of expansion, we are looking to appoint a tenacious and ambitious Consultant for our Risk & Compliance specialism across the Central belt. As the specialist recruiter across Scotland you will be largely based in Edinburgh or Glasgow travelling to meet the demands of your candidate/client base. You will be responsible for a range of clients across financial services, legal, professional services and the public sector to name a few and you will be responsible for a 360 degree consultancy approach from generating, interviewing and securing candidates opportunities to working with your client base to find, recruit and retain top talent. Working as part of specialist division, you will be given significant exposure to an evolving and critical area in the Scottish market place with opportunities to progress your career and affiliate with specialist membership organisation to grow and diversify your network. This role would suit an experienced sales professional who is genuinely passionate about working with people and providing a fantastic service. Whilst previous recruitment experience is preferred, appetite to learn with a results focused mentality is critical. As a Consultant will have excellent communication skills, a passion for people and be able to demonstrate themselves in a position to win business and customers. Working with Hays you will be working in a professional and high performing finance recruitment team as part of a leading consultancy firm. Day to Day you will be responsible for your own candidate and client base across Glasgow & Edinburgh predominantly and you will be responsible for building your own professional network as well as gaining access to the Hays network.
