As a result of continued growth and planned future expansion, they are now seeking to hire an experienced Fraud Analyst / Manager . You will work autonomously, as part of the management team, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, to continue the development of existing processes and create new financial and consumer models to drive strategic business decisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Supporting the COO and management team with Fraud Strategy Development Working closely with the Product and I.T. teams to build new fraud solutions Building fraud models to make advanced transactional decisions Continually work to improve operational processes Development, documentation and sharing of best practices with the wider organisation Interacting with stakeholders on developing fraud prevention strategies and processes The successful candidate will demonstrate: Experience working in a similar position as a Senior Fraud Analyst or Fraud Manager Any technical analytical skills with a preference for SQL, Python and R being desirable Knowledge and experience of fraud systems implementation An interest in applying machine learning techniques to fraud detection would be useful Excellent written and verbal communication skills
