We are looking for a Desk Top Support Engineer to join our busy helpdesk team, Intuitive Computer Management Ltd Located in Cradley Halesowen are an IT Support and Maintenance company that offer a range of IT services and Solutions. The successful candidate must have the following knowledge & Skills: Strong skills with Windows 7/8 & 10 Operating system. Server 2012/16/19 knowledge and experience Active Directory,DHCP,DNS PC hardware Server Hardware Networking Microsoft Exchange & Office 365 hosted exchange SharePoint would be an advantage Backups (local & Cloud) Good communications skills both written and verbal Full Driving licence and own your own car Daily Duties Will Include but not limited to: Answering Calls Remote Work on Clients PC's Remote Installations Site Visits Update helpdesk ticketing systems
