Overview

Are you interested in a career in Customer Service? Do you have experience changing and improving processes? If so, I would love to hear from you As a core member of the team, you will be dealing with general enquiries and investigating complaints. But you will also be involved in improving and implementing processes to make the customer journey easier, knowing what the pros and cons will be of making any changes then discussing with internal departments so they are aware if they could be affected The role will be on a Temporary to Permanent basis, working hours are based Monday – Friday 9:00 – 17:30.
