Sales Advisor / Assistant Manager Crawley Permanent Full-time 19k Basic branch related bonus REED Business Support Crawley are currently recruiting on behalf of an established organisation in the Crawley area for an assistant manager to join their successful team The ideal candidate will have excellent Customer Service delivery and be confident liaising with individuals both over the phone or face to face. As an Assistant manager you will be confident in your problem solving ability and able to respond to customer enquiries effectively Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Tracking branch progress against targets to ensure that objectives are met Liaise with customers both face to face and over the phone on a daily basis providing service information and upselling where possible Handle complaints from customers Be responsible for branch when Manager is at other locations Monitor and maintain store inventory This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to join a successful organisation and team on a full-time and permanent basis.
