Overview
My client is an established, nationwide, letting and estate agents with over 80 offices across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to add a full-time, Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their successful team based in their Crawley office. Role responsibilities: Registering applicants looking to move or buy property Identifying new business opportunities Discussing new business opportunities with potential new Landlords or Vendors and booking appointments for the Sales and Lettings Manager Performing viewings Negotiating new lets and sales Submitting offers to Landlords or Vendors Marketing Sales and Lettings properties Offering advice to prospective tenants, buyers, landlords and vendors Upselling products providing subsidiary income to the business Taking Holding Deposits over the phone Essential requirements : Previous experience working for an Estate Agents is essential Excellent spoken and written communication skills IT skills Negotiation, sales and marketing skills The ability to make good working relationships with a wide range of people Good market knowledge The ability to work under pressure Good organisational skills Full driving licence with your own vehicle For the right candidate my client is offering a fantastic package: Competitive base salary up to £25,000 depending on experience Realistic, achievable commission structure with an OTE up to £35k Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm with an alternate Saturday (when working Saturday, you have a day off in the week) Car allowance and fuel mileage Free on-site parking Full training, development and continued support Supportive, friendly, energetic and fun office environment Plus a host of other benefits to be discussed at interview stage This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and growing team of property professionals at an exciting time.
