Overview

Maxxima’s Nursing Team are current recruiting for a Nurse to work as a Complaints Investigtor in Leatherhead. In this NHS role, you will be part of the Complaint Investigtion team for the Trust. You will manage a caseload of serious complaints investigations, maintain regular contact throughout the compliant process, draft complaint responses and also be the main point of contact for the investigation. You will understan and promote the values of the Trust. This role is a Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00. The pay rate for this Complaints Investigator role is £23.00 per hour (Umbrella), and is initially a 3 month contract due to start ASAP.
